Abby has been part of the FMI team since 2016, bringing nearly a decade of dedication and experience to her role. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University after starting her studies at Eastern Mennonite University. Prior to joining FMI, Abby worked for a national firm where she served as a corporate trainer and manager, roles that helped shape her commitment to exceptional client service and community engagement.

A Waynesboro native, Abby has lived in the area her entire life and is deeply connected to the community. She and her husband, Henry, enjoy traveling, watching Formula 1, and hunting for unique thrift store finds on their adventures. They love spending time with family and friends and are on a mission to visit all 50 states. At home, they share life with their larger-than-life Ragdoll cat, Max, and their playful new kitten, Dani.
