Born and raised in Staunton, Virginia, Joel discovered his love for problem-solving early, leading him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.

After a successful decade long career in software development, where he honed his skills in innovation and strategic problem-solving, Joel made a life-changing decision to pivot his career toward building relationships focused on their personal and financial goals. Motivated by a desire to make a more direct and meaningful impact on people’s lives, he now dedicates his expertise and energy, working along side our Advisor Team as they guide individuals and businesses when navigating financial challenges, planning for the future, to help reach their full potential.
