Marlana Lancaster, MBA
LPL Financial Advisor
Born and raised in Augusta County, Marlana joined FMI in May 2006. She is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite University receiving a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with minors in Economics and Missions. Her life goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of others and has found that financial planning is a very practical way of making that difference. Remaining in the Waynesboro area provides her an advantage in the knowledge of the local industry and history.
Prior to working in the financial industry, her background included logistical planning and client relations. She also enjoyed working at a non-profit economic development firm based in Washington DC that provided micro-loans to persons in third world countries. Through each experience she has always put high value on the personal relationships.
Once an avid volleyball and softball player, she now enjoys doing CrossFit with her husband, Ben. Together they enjoy cooking, hosting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. They also enjoy watching local college and professional sports. She and her husband are members of and actively involved at Bridge Christian Church. They have two lab rescues, Parker and Gracie.
