Mohit Nigam serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Financial Management Inc., where he drives strategic expansion, advisor engagement, and client success across the firm’s wealth management, tax, payroll, and advanced planning solutions.
With more than 11 years at LPL Financial’s Corporate Headquarters, Mohit specialized in advisory consulting, supporting independent advisors, RIAs, and institutions nationwide. He played a key role in leading growth and sales distribution efforts, helping firms of all sizes strengthen their practices and achieve scale. He holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations through LPL Financial.
Before his career in financial services, Mohit worked in corporate ticket sales with the National Football League (NFL), partnering with the Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons over the 2011 – 2013 seasons.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, focused on Management and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2012.
Born in Vestal, New York, and raised in the Carolinas since 1998, Mohit now calls the region home with his wife, Alice, and their two young boys, Arjay and Taj. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching golf, traveling the world, and competing in marathons.
